Server not found
 

Have you heard of the problem whereby ntl will not connect through dial-up as "Server too busy" error message appears?

Unable to get any other sites or internet/email services. Seems to happen every now and again.

Is this normal? Can it be remidied in anyway?

Anything is possible on dial up, especially if the main servers are busy. Could just be congestion on the server you are making your connection through is under a heavy load and is having to time out some connections.
