Help needed on remote controls!!!
 

:confused: My dog delightfully ate my remote control, it's the long black telewest one and i'm looking at ones for sale on e-bay can i only use the black one or will the silver one work??? i think my box is a 4000 well it says DI4000 on it. any help much appreciated!

hi and :welcome: to the site , i think you will be stuck with the remote that you should have , i.e. the one specific to the box , nice colourful first post btw :D :D :D

phone up telewest and say your remote is broken....
when they ask what is wrong tell them the dog ate it and hope you get through to someone with a sense of humour :p:

The silver remote should work with your box, no problems.
