Online Security
Many American online computer users are unaware that choice of browser affects Internet security, and few switch browsers even when they know the risk, a Norwegian study said Monday.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20050530/...owser_security Isn't any browser at risk ? Reading between the lines of that report would suggest that Internet explorer is most at risk because it is the most widely used browser. I am sure that if Opera and Mozilla were as popular, the risks would be the same if not worse. I used to use Mozilla, but went back to IE a few months ago. |
Re: Online Security
IE is still very insecure, it doesn't matter if firefox would be the same if it was as popular but its not and is more secure, even if it is for an odd reason

Re: Online Security
Of course that report is biased...

Plus I like FX. It's fast and easy to get themes/extensions for it. I also like the interface. |
