Help!!! (samsung Smt-2100c)

Hi,

I got a really annoying problem with my Samsung SMT-2100C.

All the channels come fine, but it continually says 'starting...' at the bottom right of the screen and I cant go on the 'tv guide' or see the 'now and next' bar or anything. All I can do is press the channel up and down buttons to go to different channels.

This is so annoying!!! PLEASE HELP!!! :Yikes:

Thanks,

Mubahil:confused:

:welcome: to the site...

Have you tried turning the stb off for a minute then rebooting?

If rebooting doesn't help (and I don't think it will), you're going to have to give ntl a call to get that fixed.

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome.

I tried leaving it uplugged over night but I still get the same problem.

Also, I wanna avoid calling ntl as the last time I used thier tec support I was put on hold for ages and then disconnected!

Would appreciate any other ideas.

Thanks,

Mubahil:)

I'll add to the :welcome: from others and just say that I don't think there's a lot else that you can do other than give Tech Support a call, sorry.
