Just had a reminder notice, but I thought I was on direct debit. The guy who I spoke to earlier this morning did not mention there was any problem. Can any ntl people looking PM me so I can give them account details? check whether th DD is ok etc?

Can you not check your bank account / statements to see if money is going from your bank?

its not ok obviously if they are sending me shirty letters and downgrading me.

I'll just fill in the detail on the DD form on the back of the shirty letter they sent me I think

So you have actually checked your bank, or spoken to someone in CS to confirm the status of your DD?

I just thought that if I phoned in to cmr relations asking why I had been downgraded it would have been failry obvious if a direct debit had stopped - and surely the guy would have told me that was the reason I had been "downgraded" - instead he told me it was 'an error'

As for the bank - it seems that no DD is now currently live - thought the last payment, listed for that direct debit, is showing as 05 June 05 which I thought was odd also
