convert packet data to human readable format
 

Hello guys,

Can someone tell me how to convert the following to something readable or maybe just tell me if it is something bad. This comes from my sygate personal firewall log, it says "Unsolicited incoming ARP reply detected". Maybe its just a delayed ARP reply, but I'm not sure.

0000: 00 40 F4 AD 62 8C 00 30 : 80 44 8F C1 08 06 00 01 | .@..b..0.D......
0010: 08 00 06 04 00 02 00 30 : 80 44 8F C1 C8 F8 6A 01 | .......0.D....j.
0020: 00 40 F4 AD 62 8C C8 F8 : 6A F1 00 00 00 00 00 00 | .@..b...j.......
0030: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 : 00 00 00 00 | ............
