No area fault, no obvious (boom boom) issues uBR side, thanks for posting your first hop's IP address, it's really rather handy for checking area things and doesn't personally identify so there's no reason for any others who might be reading this to censor their first hop's address. Means nothing to anyone who doesn't work for ntl.
PM me your post code, MAC address or public IP address and will narrow search down a bit. |

Neil, haven't reported yet. Wanted to try a few things first. It could be my SACM (ntl:200). I've power cycled it 3 times today and there are definately less lost packets after a reboot.
It's a fairly fresh install of XP with all updates etc. Ignition:- Thanks I'll PM you now.... Edit : I just rebooted the CM again and everything seems OK for the moment. Odd. __________________ Update - It's worth noting that other ntl broadband customers in the same street have also been getting problems at the same time as me (based on talking to them yesterday - haven't talked to them about it today) |
