welcome dave! Is the stb displaying 0? and did it show m043 on your tv screen?if it is it could be one of 2 things. 1. the stb has a problem with it's network id and can be resolved with a call to faults and a 'rehit' of the signals. or 2. the stb is for want of a better description dead, and a tech will need to come to your house, either way the only resolution is to give faults a call i'm afraid.

yep, there's nothing that can be done tonight, but it looks like given the codes etc you have described your channels should be returned whilst you're still on the phone to faults! must stress though there is still the chance that a tech may be required to come round, but fingers crossed it won't come to that!
