moving house - help help
hello
As a former ntl employee (redundancy strikes) I constantly get asked for help from friends and family etc . . . but my contacts are drying up (as more redundancy strikes). My friend has moved and wants to ideally transfer her services - she cannot get through to house moves (usually rings engaged) and has filled in a internet house move request form (about a month ago) but has heard nothing back. She does really want to keep the services on but finding it impossible to let anyone know. Does anyone have any decent alternative means of contacting house moves? believe they are in coventry now? could be wrong . . . any advice would be appreciated. thanks. J |

Re: moving house - help help
Call 08000522000, enter your phone number then select option 4 - moves and transfers. There used to be a direct line, but that number is no longer valid. HTH

Re: moving house - help help
Thanks, she is trying (hopefully as I type). Will go for the housemoves number again - would it be worth trying to speak to relations instead? I know when everything was 'local' our guys in nottingham would arrange a housemove as a 'save'. Is this still the case do you know?
