Cancalling NTL BB - anyone help with phone number
 

My sister in law had NTL BB, moved home, NTL forgot about her and now she wants to cancel as got a BT line as NTL are crap at helping her

But she cannot seem to cacel her BB. So far they have put her through to the wrong dept 6 times, cut her off 4 times. She desperate as NTL are still taking money from her account.

Can anyone help here, eg who works for NTL. Here area where the BB was was postcode KT15 - Chertsey.

How long was your sister on BB? Hope she isn't still within her 12 month contract period ;)
http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/article.php?a=9 might help but if I were her I'd ask to speak to a team leader or supervisor if she has been passed around to the wrong numbers.

As Paul says - get as much information about the person you speak to, ntl (as do many other companies) have a shining record of not recording such requests which lead to them losing money/customers....
