Number for speed downgrade

Just a quick question
any1 know whats the number to call to downgrade BB speed??
just cant use the the amount of bandwidth available

why dont they allow speed downgrade via website but allow upgrade :dozey:

BTW im in the BH9 area (Bournemouth, Dorset)

0800 052 2000 and choose option 2 for package changes

They don't allow downgrades online because that would make it easier for you to downgrade your service and thus pay them less!
