Direct Debit

I have just chancel my direct debit with my bank for what I hope is just the TV package the bank told me he thinks its the one for £30.75 to which I cancelled.

I hope this is correct.

Is it this right.

Don't forget, you're also paying for you phone line on top of that which would be included on the same bill, so add another £9.50 to your £19, plus maybe a few call charges?

Well, yes. You should know by now that DTV and phone come together as a bundle and therefore are billed and paid for together.... :erm:

Why did you cancel the DD? And pardon me for saying, but if you and/or your bank don;t have a clue which DD is what relating to your bank account, how will anyone else? The amount debited varies from customer to customer...

I'd rep you but need to spread first :disturbd:

I cancelled the DD so I would not have to pay for the TV of which I have just cancelled.
I forgot it was a bundle.

Sounds like I going to have many problems now. Carnt wait :(

If you get paper copies of your bill posted to you it won't be so bad. You can just pay them by cheque etc. But remember, unless you set up a new dd, you will have an extra £2 a month on top of your bill. Ring CS, tell them what you've done and they shuld be able to sort out setting up a new DD for you. :tu:
