Prem Plus

Anybody in customer services today that can activate Prem Plus? Just discovered says I'm not subscribed since Samsung box installed. Thanks.

I take it you are subscribed to it. Unless someone on here is feeling particularly kind today, perhaps you could just order the game normally, and then ring them tomorrow or tuesday to claim back the money you shouldn't have had to spend.
