Thunderbird question
I have 2 accounts set up in Thunderbird. When I get a new mail I have the small pop-up box informing me of it but it's not in any of my mailboxes - to access it I need to select the drop-down next to 'Get Mail' and click on 'Get All New Messages'.
How can I set it up so the mails automatically appear in the right folders? |
Re: Thunderbird question
Turn off the global inbox:
Tools-Account settings Server settings for the A/c then click Advanced Then select "Inbox for this server's Account" and OK through HTH- don't really understand the question but I don't understand life today :( |

If the global inbox is set, shouldn't the emails be in local folders? |

What I mean is when I get the pop-up notification on the toolbar, for the mail to actually appear in it's folder I need to click on 'get mail' - I'm after a feature which will automatically put it in to the folder rather than me selecting 'get mail'. |
Re: Thunderbird question
That's bizarre... ask here http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewfo...2c9bde5fd35ebe

If I get you right, it's a fault. Try this or you could try the forums at mozillazine |
