Hi All,
Never had this before, bought I Robot from Front Row. The film started 25mins late and the actual film I got was Envy. Too late to call CS now so have to wait till tomorrow. I bet they say I selected the wrong film even though throughout the selection process it said confirm for I Robot. Took a picture of the diary screen with Envy in the little preview square, the diary screen says said I Robot Starts at 20-30 etc etc. LOL

Sounds like your STB was throwing a benny. I would definitely call them first thing tomorrow. If you can get the image onto your computer beforehand, even better... you can then email it direct to the person on the phone (if possible) so they can see photographical proof while you talk to them.
