Delayed OneTel email
 

Although I have an ntl: broadband connection, I've continued to operate a OneTel email account.

Over the past weeks, I've noticed that delivery of emails has been increasingly delayed, messages often arriving up to 12 hours after they've been sent.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know if Onetel are aware of it?

Are you using your ntl connection to retrieve your Onetel mail?

Yes ... but I also check Onetel's own Mailzone webmail site and the email's are delayed there too.

I know this post is rather old, however, I have been experiencing similar issues with delayed Onetel email recently.
Did you ever get any info on why / what etc.
