Dying HDD causing loss of data

My HDD was dying so I thought I'd be smart and replace it before it died. Norton Ghost didn't work so I did a clean install of XP home onto the new drive and started reinstalling some of the software, but I've lost some stuff.

Does anyone know where Outlook 2000 stores its calendar and address book files, and where Mozilla Thunderbird stores its address book ?

Advice would be very gratefully received

Alan
