COD Problem
 

Hi ive had cod for some tiem now and jus yesterday when i go to connect to a game on a server it come up with connection 1...2....3.... then gamestate and then im okay but wat i wanna know is how i sort this problem out and y its doing that all of a sudden..... i got told that its becasue its verifying my cd key can any 1 help me plz :angel: :help: :help: :help: :help: :sniper: :sniper:

If it's "verifying" his CD key then it's the PC version.

So if your OK, what's the problem?

AFAIK most game servers seem to want to check that you have a valid CD key (you have don't you?) because of the number of people that try to join with pirated versions.

Perhaps the COD server has recently changed thier script to include it.

(what is COD anyway? sound's fishy to me :D )

cheers anyway guys would i have to d/l the script then or the mod they have changed cuz it happens on every single server atm..... its normal ive had it for ages and first its does this to me :Yikes:

can you not put your valid cd key in that came with the game :confused:

ye u put your key when u are installing the game... but then a message says u wont need to verify youe cd again but i just asking some 1 and they said its normal so lol i dnt know wat to do shud i unistall punkbuster? plus if u say put your key in the game how u do that lol coz ive playe4d cod for ages and i havetn seen no 1 do that there must be some kind o command to put it on in the game???????????

I would not unistall punk buster.

If you don't install punkbuster you're effectively filtering out a load of decent servers.
