is it worth calling ntl the day before....

they arrange to come to do installation? I heard they are quite unreliable, would a call help do you think?

had a box installed today but that wasnt just what i wanted doing,i explained over the phone, i wanted an aditional box put in another room, he said thats not what is on his time sheet so its the offices fault and he couldnt do that today so he said he would have it done thursday/friday, hmm we shall see...ah well i knew something would go wrong. nvm
