Pace box problem
 

The problem is with sky 1 and the box music channel ,every sunday for the last 2 weeks the picture brakes up on these 2 channels,have tried reboot but still dose not help,the thing is on the following monday every thing will be ok we will get the chanels back ok,but the strange thing is come the next sunday it will happen again ,so we cant watch simpsons,dream team ,nip an tuck and the rest,has any one got any ideas or is this a time to call NTL services .

Anyway back to the point, yes, best to phone Customer Services, as this isnt normal (obviously)
