E-Mail Problems in Reading area?
 

Hi, New to this so be gentle

I am in the Reading area, just outside, and have had a problem since Saturday.

Firstly the primary email for my BB would not connect POP3 error unknown User name and password. I check the details at my end and confirmed that they were correct and then just left the problem to see if it fixed is self.

No email Sunday, but hay no one in at NTL (assumed).

Monday, two email accounts not working, called BB support to be told NTL had a problem and all would be fixed soon. OK I said I can live with that.

Tuesday still two email addresses not working called BB support and told to check my password etc. After insisting that the problem was not at my end the person checked the servers and reported our server was †œre building the databaseââ‚à ƒâ€šÃ‚¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ÂÂ�

Wednesday night still no email (on the two accounts) others all working OK.

Anybody got any Ideas ????

I do not know, I tested it and it still was not working so I call TS again, the TS guy tested it at his end and it worked, I suspect he reset something he was not telling. It all works so I just wait and see if it lasts.
