Lichfield Area Down
About an hour ago, a lot of the cable modems in the rugeley / lichfield area have gone off and are not reconnecting, the modem goes through the cycle of trying to get a connection to NTL but always stops at the recieve light (the first try).
Ive tried contacting NTL but as its holiday nobody seems to be there, is there any other numbers we can use, or are we all screwed until tuesday? Postcode = WS15 2?? area Thanx for any help ! |

I wasn't aware Tech Support were on Holiday - are you sure ?

Actually i got through to the tech support line in the end, they confirmed that there was a fault in the WS15 area and that i could continue to check the status of this by phoning 0800 052 4315
However on phoning the line, NTL report that there is no issues with there service at the moment, LOL. |

So it's 0800 052 4315 for the service status phone line number :)
Just adding that so I can search the forum for "service status number" when I need it. ;) :D |
