118 problems
 

my mum has been billed for 118 118 calls that she hasnt made, at 1 point ntl even barred calls to that number but they still showed up, its been about 4 monts now and still no change. She phoned up today and was told an engineer checked the line and didnt find a problem and that they would investigate it, i was just wondering if anyone had heard of this and how it was fixed as my mum cant afford to keep paying for calls she hasnt made, she was credited last month for the calls but she would rather it was fixed than keep getting credits

If the numbers have been barred, then of course, how the hell could you have made the calls?!

Beyond!! I'd just tell NTL to sort it - might involve changing your number, but I'm not sure what else they could do.
