Not really Rochdale looks fine from here.

Double NAT on your LAN.. any particular reason for that, is a bit odd?

No I'm not blaming that for the high pings and slow speeds by the way!

I have had two routers for a while one single port wireless and one acting as a switch.
Ign any suggestions appreciated also got a speed reduction on a test to robin walkers speed test it was below 300 k
