But the legal battle is not yet over for the Browns as they are now pursuing a claim for compensation against Wickes, who have yet to admit liability in a civil court.
Then in a different court they can go back to denying it??? WTF?
I mean, if someone is not found guilty in a criminal court, then a following civil suit would obviously have to be fully contested, but in this case the only thing I can see them argue about is the level of compensation, NOT the issue of liability itself.

i think it just means that they have not admitted liability yet , not that they wont , it took at least 9 months after my employer was taken to court to admit liability for the civil side of the case , in all probability the civil case will never see court as they have been caught hook line and sinker by the hse as is the case in my claim against my employer , hope that makes sense :erm: :D :D :D
