Samsung STB Volume
I have just had a new Samsung STB installed and the volume output is much lower than my old Pace box.
I have gone into the engineers menu by pressing up down and blue on the remote, but this only gives information. It says the volume is set at +6. I know from reading the forums that it can go up to +10. Is there any way to increase the setting to +10 ? |
Re: Samsung STB Volume
I believe you can only adjust the volume on you STB if you're on the Langley platform

I waited two years for the volume fix and still would be if I hadn't changed to the Samsung box. I'd stick with it if I was you, it could be worse, you could have a snap crackle and pop Pace. Just turn up the volume on your tv or amp. I'm sure they'll fix it this millenium. (alegedly) 'coming soon'... |
Re: Samsung STB Volume
I have managed to get mine set to +10 but cant remember how. It was when I 1st got it and was setting up the TV Volume control is says set the STB Vol to Max IIRC and I'm Bromley Platform (Ex Nynex) so it can be done.
Sorry not too much help |
