this is going to sound daft but, when i ring up CS what option number would i press if i wanted to find my username and password because i know they don't actually give you an option for account queries only new custoemr, existing custoemrs wantign to upgrade, and some otehr one i forgot lol, when i tried registering with broadband a few months ago i had to ring tech support and they and to take me off and put me back on the system for it to work, and now i cn't remeber the username or pass :S i know i have written it down but i am sure it is the old pass n username, any help would be appriciated :D

Sounds like you are ringing the Sales number there, the correct number should be 0800 052 2000

ring the 08000522000 and press option 5. that will put you through to CS.
