What is the record??
 

to get any refund out of NTL, december 2003 i raise an issue with my then DIAL up, informed i would have a £45 refund.

March 2005 i eventually recieve the £45 in the form of a hand written cheque
with a letter saying "here is a cheque for your recent refund"

Thats a total of 15 months i had to wait for the refund!! i made countless calls to cs about it each one would say they would have the form/cheque out to me in a few days!!!!!!!!!!

anybody have any advice for taking this further as 15 months is unacceptable!???
