Cancell TV but keep phone
 

Hi,
I have NTL 300 k broadband and the base digital pack, I now want to cancel the TV but keep the phone and the broadband.

Can that be done?

I have spoken to customer services but they just ramble on saying the TV is good value.

It may be but I can get BBC1, BBC2, ITV on my areial which is all I watch so I don't sse the point of haveing the ntl TV.

Yep, you can do that.

You can't cancel the phone & keep the TV, but you *can* cancel the TV & keep the phone, as you want to do.

Can't see any problem with cancelling, ring 0800 052 0511 between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and they should be able to oblige
