TW PC Installation Problems

Maiden post.



Help.



I had the 1 Meg TW package hooked up yesterday and canââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t seem to install on my PC. The compooper is compatible but now wonââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t even read the Set Up CD. Ant tips anyone? Iâ₠¬ÃƒÆ’¢â€žÂ¢ve had a (56K!) surf to see if there is a site from which I can download the installation, but to no avail.

We're probably gonna need more details.

What OS are you using?
What modem have you got connected?
What error messages (if any) are you getting?
How are you connecting your PC to the modem (USB, Ethernet, Wireless)?
Are you using a firewall at all?

I'm not sure I know much about the TW side of things but somebody here might be able to offer some more advice with a bit more detail.

Took me a while to work out what TW was, but that's 'cause I'm a :dunce: :D

Anyway, enjoy your stay here - I'm sure someone will be along who can help a bit more :D
