Accessing NTL FTP site

I want to upload files to my NTL webspace from work (only on dial-up at home). I installed Terrapin FTP which works fine at home, but no joy. Is there some bar on accessing the server from anywhere other than an NTL line?
Any other way of doing it?

you have to have an NTL ip address, from where you are uploading from, to send up your files, so if you have not, then there is no way (I think) that you can upload your files.

Yep - you can only upload to the ntl ftp servers from within the ntl network.

You COULD set your IP address to one in an NTL range

....but I wouldn't advise it!
