Adding Features to Phone Line
 

Hi all, this is my first post. Hope everyone is well.

I'm having some problems with adding features onto my phone line. Basically I had Digital and phone line installed around a month ago, all went well. I rang CS to add Feature Bundle, (Voicemail, Caller Display etc etc), to this day they still haven't been added.

I have phoned everyday since it was installed as they always say it will take 24 hours. I have been given every cock and bull story under the sun for why it hasnt been put on, cheeky thing is that they tried to charge me for these :mad: . They did kindly refund the cost though.:)

They say it is available in my area and they promise everytime I call that it will be working in 24 hours.

Has anyone else had these problems?

I have just one NTL phone line with Reminder Call set and for three months running they charged me for three Reminder Call at £1.75, it took six calls to customer services to sort it out over a four month period!!:mad:

Finally......Sorted

On Friday they eventually managed to add these features onto my line, it's not all good though. The Voicemail Plus I ordered hasnt gone on, they have put on the standard voicemail, but hey, cant have everything. Still waiting for them to change it over and I keep getting the same story that it will be sorted in 24 hours.

make sure you compain for all the hassle they are giving you. You deserve to get the features free for a month and/or a refund for services that haven't been provided.
