Open Cab
 

Hey Everyone,

Can I report an open cab please? Number WP00055 on Romford Road (Stratford, London, E15). The side of the cab with the telephone connections is open.

You can do, might be better to call Customer Services and get them to sort it.

Not sure that anybody here will be able to help, I might be wrong though :D

I was hoping to do it here - saves the holding on the phone....! I had to do enough of that to arrange an engineer to come and reconnect my phone line when the cab was last left open. Apparently some vandals disconnected all the phonelines in that cab...

hello, has the open cab been reported now? i'm at work at the moment and could log it for you if it hasn't been done?

Hey shredder,

I didn't check this morning as I went past it but it was still open as of last night. Maybe it would be safest to report it anyway - there always seems to be ntl vans going along the Romford Road and a two minute stop to close it would be better than the 10 days I had to wait to get my phone reconnected last time this happened...

To be honest though my line is getting disconnected soon because I don't need it any more. I'm more concerned about the other people whose telephones go through that cab.

That's all reported now a tech will be there by 4pm today to get that closed.

well, i've just been into the report for the open cab and it seems that no tech has turned up am i correct? there is no reason why in the ticket so i have booked again for tomorrow between 12-4
