Tried 3 different proxies, can ping it but cannot access it.

Works fine here, providing you change the .om to .com

fine here - & I think I am on the same headend as jtwn, with the proxy via Nottingham (which usually performs ok)

fine here as well , are you sure you were trying it with a valid address , i.e. .com not .om ;) :D :D :D :D
