jumping sound on ntl
 

the problem is the sound on the main ntl box keeps jumping every 30mins-1hr its as if some one is pressing the mute button on and off every few seconds. this is only a problem on the main box and the second digibox works fine. iv even swaped them around but the problem still wont go away.

can anyone :help: me with this

Can we just be clear - when you swapped the boxes, did the problem move with the box ?

Sounds like it could be the box itself then.


Have you phoned ntl? Try phoning Customer Service, & selecting faults - 0800 052 2000
