I lost the first 20mins of my film!

I ordered a film on front row, I confirmed the purchase put in the pin and the film started. I saw the first 2 minutes of the credits and then it disappeared and went back to front row trailers!
After some time staring at the screen in disbelief I switched the box off and then back on again. I got a message saying there was trouble tuning to what I had been watching and to switch to another channel for a couple of minutes and then back to channel 0 again. By the time the film came back I'd lost 20 minutes of it!

Shall I complain on monday when the helpline is manned?

Yes. Ring customer services on Monday and they will arrange for this charge to be refunded. No problem.
