Picture blown up on ITV on ntl
 

Since 9.00am, maybe earlier, the picture has been enlarged and so we cannot view ITV1 on digital and have to use analogue.

Is this a ntl digital problem or is there something wrong at our end.

Hope you understand my words.

Have you got the TV set on a diffrent Zoom setting ie Widescreen etc?

no, sorry, i've checked all that, it set on 4:3 normal

Now that's strange because sometimes it occurs on the other channels (ie: BBC Two and Channel 4)

The Samsung STB has a known bug where it messes up the widescreen switching on some channels. I have never seen it for myself so it could be related. I think you need reboot the STB to fix it.
