Help!!
 

Hello, i'm new here, i've got a problem with my ntl. I have the base pack with ntl and i woke up one morning and 3 quarters of my channels has gone!!!

They say that there unsubscribed, when i haven't unsubscribed.

I have a Pace DI4001N, and most channels like E4, Sky one, the hits, tmf and uktv history and so on has gone off!!! What do u thinks wrong?? :(

You haven't mentioned doing this but have you tried to reboot the box at all? (Unplug for about 30 seconds and then plug back in)

try rebooting the box to see if that fixes it, if not, call customer services.

I tried rebooting it, dosen't work, called them, didn't do nothing!! :(

Unfortunately, ntl customer services are closed until Monday. You may need to give them call again then so they can reactivate the channels, one of my set top boxes periodically does have the same issues and needed a call to customer services to reactivate the channels.
