Can I use a PACE Di4001NC box in place of my existing Di4010N box :confused: - the area has always been DAVIC to the best of my knowledge

If you need a new box it's best just to ask ntl to supply one, you'll almost certainly get a sparkling new Samsung which is a more powerful and better box.

EDIT: Plugging in a box acquired from ebay or wherever isn't entirely legal, and as a smart card is paired with an individual box you'd lose service anyway.

Had a Samsung since about half way through last year. Never had a single problem with it (apart from E4 freezing). Mind you, I am actually on the Bromley network..

I love the samsung boxes. Faster, more reliable. not to mention the cosmetics of the product
