Opening Pictures
 

HELP..........Is there anybody out there who can help me out. If I was looking for a car on Autotrader and clicked on the photo, nothing happens except error on page at bottom of page. Is there anything I need to adjust on the browser?

Is it just that page doing it or other sites? Can you post a link to a car that you cannot access the papers to?

It happens on all sites. I think it started when I downloaded service pack 2 on windows !

Can you post a link here for some of the pages you are having problems with? Do you get a yellow bar at the top of the browser window when it happens (I'm guessing you are using IE)?
If you are using IE then go to tools, internet options, advanced, scroll 3/4 of the way down and under multimedia make sure it is ticked to show pictures.

when internet explorer opens another window does it display content in it?

for instance if i go to autotrader search for a car and get a list..

if i click a car from the list do you get another window pop up with the details of the car in it and the picture?

or is it that you are not getting ANY pictures whatsoever??

or is it when you click say a second or 3rd small image that they may have included of the car and it does not show up as the main picture?

Hi welcome to the site. Hope you like it here.
If its just one page thats doing this it is likely it is a problem with their own page.
If it is a number of sites, you may have problems.

You could try deleting all your temp internet files so that it checks for new images on the pages servers.
