Im in Nottingham NG7, the sites i cant access are;

www.dell.co.uk
www.joksi.co.uk
www.oasiscarnival.co.uk

Have you tried changing your proxy server?

If not, have a look here:

Edit: btw: I can access sites 1 and 3 but not 2, and I'm on telewest.

#2 are you sure it's http://www.joksi.co.uk/ and not http://www.joski.co.uk/ which works OK?

Things seem to be working better here in the Midlands. Much better than an hour ago.
