Trying to send an email via webmail.

UTTERLY pathetic.

This email is quite important and it's frustrating to now have to wait 6 hours or so until I get home to send it :(

agreed it is not on , but one question for you , if the e-mail is so important then why rely on a residential service that has service guarantees :(

It's a continuation of a service call I (stupidly) routed through NTL's mail servers.

It's not THAT important (I did say "quite important"), but it would be nice to be able to send it rather than delaying the whole process by another day.

I posted a similar problem, I was still typing mine when you posted yours :-)

Anyway, I managed to get my email to send by retrying it. Many times. Over a period of half an hour. I've sent a couple more since then, same problem, just keep retrying and it'll work eventually.

It's also worth noting that every time you try it and it fails, it puts the ntlhome signature on the bottom of the mail, so you need to remove it whenever you retry or the email you send wil have a couple of dozen signatures :(
