Email. Can only send ?
 

Hi all

My inlaws are having a problem that they can send email but not receive.

Error message they are getting is..............

Illegal Operation MAPISP32 caused an invalid page fault in Module MIN32dll

Any ideas or recommendations.

It may be because of the scheduled maintenance that ntl are carrying out at the moment.

Might be a damaged file in outlook, have you tried re-installing it?

I did check the page which referred to maintenance only over 4 hours yesterday yesterday but this problem has been going on for a couple of days now !

After all that they just told me they use Wanadoo (BT).......aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh
