TV package advertising - plain stupid!
 

I suggested to my parents that they got the ntl base pack but when I looked at the site I see that the telephone package must also purchase the telephone line rental.

Why don't they just have an all in one package like they used to instead of saying "great value digital TV from only £10 per month*"

*Price excludes your telephone line rental which must be purchased with your TV package.

If the phone service is mandatory @ £9.50 why tell people that the TV is only £10 when it's not, it's £19.50? ??

hi and :welcome: to the site , ring them up and complain , hang on , better than that get onto oftel , trading standards or whoever and get them done for misleading advertising , btw , i hope you enjoy your stay here :tu: :D :D :D
