old ntl advert

i was just watching history channel and i saw an old ntl advert come on offering 600k internet access. apart from the 600k i could tell it was an old advert coz it said the offer ended in about april 2004. what a strange thing. i never seen anything like it before. i saw this abt 22.46 today.

anybody else seen something like this happen before?
