Does anybody know how to access NTL's voicemail service to retrieve missed calls?:confused:

Not sure as to how you would access the voicemail but one of out NTL tech heads will be along shortly to give you a hand :)

I think the information you want is on page 11 of this brochure. Go HERE and put your postcode in and you can then download straight from NTLs site.

If you can't get to it (or if you don't want to download it, it's quite large) let me know and I will post the info back here for you.

If you get an intermittant dial-tone indicating you have a message, dial 1571 you will be prompted for your 4 digit PIN followed by # - from there everything is voice instruction assisted.
