So would the Harmony project have anything to do with the IT error which keeps overcharging people every month?

The fact that he was one of the "original" ntl boys (he was there when ntl started up) probably had something to do with him holding on for so long. The fact that previous CEO Knapp and previous chairman Blumenthal have since "departed", not to mention new people own the company, probably had a lot to do with him "quitting" :D Ah, such is company politics ;)

A good thing for ntl's internal IT IMHO.

Anyway I've had enough of the overcharge and I'm dumping the TV and keeping the phone and BB.
