are these music downloads legal

are the music downloads at emp3world.com legal.

i don't think they are peer to peer downloads,so i can't figure out if they are legal or not.

No, they're not, they're providing links to people who've hosted them on their own web space.

I noticed a bit that said you must remove them from your HD after 24 hours on one of the pages...

I also downloaded the "killer queen" mp3 and it has some dodgy bloke doing a voiceover part way through.... :Yikes:

They are probably getting round the legal issues by adding dodgy voiceovers to the free ones....
