Digital video from NTL STB?

Are there any options for getting digital video output (e.g. SDI, DVI, or HDMI) from any NTL cable STB? Such an option would eliminate a digital-analog and analog-digital conversion when sending video to a digital display, such as plasma or LCD.

I don't think this one will ever be solved until the world sorts out what it's going to do over DRM.

I'm sure that one day all such living room devices will have an Ethernet port on the back and everything will be shipped about over TCP/IP.
