WNA do you not know how to use the edit button??

Russ 25-08-2003 19:44

WNA - as asked before, please can you learn how to use the 'edit' button!!

Set your Outlook rules to delete all emails with certain words in it, like 'babes', 'dollars' and other words which are too naughty to post here.

Interesting. I've got Mailwasher as well and I'm quite happy with it. I think it may be a question of expectations. Mailwasher does not block spam as such. What it seems to do very well is identify spam correctly. You only need two clicks of the button. One to open it up and list new mail and then a click of the Process Mail icon. It then removes all the spam in one fell swoop, which is much easier than having to deal with each piece yourself.

No, the Freeware one. Which is another reason why I'm happy with it. It does a quite adeqate job for me. This may partly be because I don't get a lot of Spam, most of it appears in my wife's Hotmail account. The interesting thing is that the spammers change the address every time so that Hotmail's spam blocker (a joke if ever there was one) which only allows you to block the address of the current piece of spam is utterly and totally useless.

Ive heard that Incredimails blocking feature is excellent for SPAM

Russ 25-08-2003 21:51

....and they have the right to read the contents of your emails as well, if I remember correctly.

My version of Mailwasher only supports one account though
